Q:    How will Freshlink use buyer and seller data?

A:    Freshlink treats all data as strictly confidential. In accordance with Freshlink’s privacy policy, Freshlink never discloses any customer or transaction-specific data. Only aggregate market trend data will be published.

Q:   I am a seller, can I create more than one price list to target different buyers?

A:    Yes, you can create multiple price lists to meet the pricing needs of different buyers.

Q:    I am both a buyer and a seller, can I use both sections of Freshlink?

A:   Yes, you can utilize both sides but you must be able to establish that you truly are both a buyer and a seller.

Q:   I am a seller and I want my entire staff to be able to view our pricing list. Can this be accomplished?

A:   Your entire staff can view your price list but the number of people who can actually update prices in your database is limited.

Q:   I am a buyer, can I create my own quote list?

A:    As a buyer you can create your personalized quote list and you also have access to your company’s master quote list.

Q:   I am a seller, can I send a special price to an individual buyer?

A:    You can create as many price lists as you have buyers. In addition you can send a special price on any commodity to an individual buyer or to multiple buyers.

Q:    I am a buyer, how do I get quotes from sellers that are not currently sending them to me?

A:    Contact the selling company and ask them to add you to their price list. If they are not currently a member encourage them to join.

Q:    I am a seller and I want to send pricing to a new company on the buyer list, how do I do that?

A:    Simply add that company to one of your current price lists or a create a new price list specifically for them.

Q:    I am a buyer and I am receiving pricing information from a company I do not want to do business with. Can I stop them from sending it to me?

A:    Yes, your company Freshlink administrator can pick and choose which sellers to receive information from.
